    Custody of unborn child
    My husbands niece is going to jail. She is 5 months pregnant. She wants to give us custody of the child. How do we go about this. Can we still get the baby if she is born in jail.

    You can do nothing until the child is born BUT the father of the child is the first in line for custody.

    You CAN consult with an Attorney and get things put in place now.
