It's not really fair to ask you, but how much history do you know? But you may wish to explain 'with so much on his plate'. What is that? Isn't the world virtually at peace? Hasn't Obama affirmed that the economic 'fundamentals' are sound? What is the number one, two, or three issues on his plate, in your opinion? What did he say he was going to do about those issues, in his campaign? What does he plan to do?

What are you talking about? Is that the advice you would give to Obama?

George - She (Bengie) is a dyed in the wool Obamatron robot and hasn't read a history book since grade school. Doubt if you'll get any sort of intelligent answer from her in a big hurry so don't hold your breath. Just take a look at her other postings and you'll see what I mean.

Quite frankly, cozyk, if you delete the word Bush and substitute the word Obama in your above quote, I feel the quote would be appropriate. Just delete the other word six-shooter and substitute the word "party".

If you look back at current events, you'll see that McCain was the one that said the economy is fundamentally sound, then a few hours later he changed his story after the media was all his statements.

    OpEdNews » Monsanto's dream bill, HR 875
Read it. Couldn't see where Obama was behind this. There is a quote from a poster that states my thought better than I could. See quote from Hudson below.

    Thudson
Seattle, WA I've read the text of this bill several times, and there is nothing restricting backyard gardeners or organic farmers. This bill would affect large agro-business, and insure that their desire for profits would not mean the death of our children.

Please point out what text prohibits backyard gardening. Also, you should divulge any consulting contracts you have with interested parties.

Here are 3 different stories about criminalizing organic and backyard gardening. Read them well little girl.

Actually, that is one story, repeated 3 times.
Why would you refer to me as "little girl" I'm 51 years old and I am not your little girl.
And as for me, my husband will have his little back yard garden and I will not lose sleep worrying about big gov coming down on me and having me arrested. That's a streatch don't you think?

You are a bitter little lady aren't you?

You are ASSUMING Bengie is a dyed in the wool Obamatron robet. I did read previous post and I get a "live and let live" attitude. Not pushy with his/her preferences at all.

You are ASSUMING Bengie hasn't read a history book since grade school.

You are ASSUMING George won't get an intelligent answer.

Actually, Bengie has more class than either one of us. He doesn't feel the need to dignify your attack with a response.

I don't need to give him a pass because of the shortness of the time he has served. The decisions he has made ALREADY are in my view ruinous . The Democrat Congressional Budge Office(CBO) says they predict the US deficit this year will be much higher than originally thought ;topping out at over 1.8 trillion dollars... deficits that the CBO calls unsustainable.
President Obama's proposed budget will leave the country 1 trillion more in debt per year... to the tune of 9 trillion dollars by 2019. This is a massive increase in the deficit that the Democrats routinely criticized during the Bush years.

That is just but one example of things he has done that are damaging to the country . I don't need a long time to assess the damages his budget if passed would bring.

It's been two months and everyone is looking for miracles. It took several years to get to this point the nation is in at this present time. It appears that some of you have tried, juried and hung him already. To be in office in such little time, yes, the changes are slow but happening. There's aslso never been a president that have been scrutinized as the one in office now, why is that I wonder?? And also due to one of Obamas' policy, 300 jobs was created. My neighbor was unemployed for four months until this week. This nation has been divided for far too long. The fact that, so many colors, creeds and cultures from all variations and walks of life came together for the election and inauguration had to have moved some of you emotionally. That right there, says alot. Give the man a chance & stop condemning him. Also, he doesn't have all the power that you think he has, congress has alot to do with it.
The man has already - in less than two months - reversed course on so many of his lofty campaign promises that he deserves the criticism. Bipartisanship? What bipartisanship? Fiscal responsibility? You've got to kidding me, Bush's record $459 billion dollar deficit last year looks like chump change compared to Obama's $1 trillion a year for the next decade.

Transparency? Did he even read the stimulus bill? Ethics? How many tax dodgers have dropped out already? Tax cuts for 95 percent of Americans? Where? Even the IRS is suggesting people examine their withholding to make sure they can cover the extra $400 he's giving us to to stimulate the economy.

"The IRS suggests you revise your W-4 form to increase your withholding to counteract the effect of the revised withholding," Luscombe says.

The man has done so much in so little time to screw up the country he doesn't deserve any slack, there's no telling what he'll try to do next.
