Sorry, but we need more info than that, i.e. Computer type, Operating System, Internet explorer, mozilla, netscape, etc. Try giving us as much info as possible. Then, try and look at your manual, or go to the windows or MAC 'help' page, they make pretty interesting reading and you can type your question in the search section and might be able to solve your problem.
