Leaving a child unattended by an adult. Like dumping the kid at the bus station.

    What is your actual concern?

I really wish people would look through the WHOLE forum list before shoosing where to post. This is a LEGAL issue not a raising children issue. I've moved this to the Family Law forum where there are several threads dealing with this.

As Steve said, Child Abandonment is leaving a child alone with no adult supervision,

So the question is what is your REAL issue. What is it you want to accomplish? It really helps us help you if you ask a complete question. And it makes sense for you to browse around the board first to see how and where to ask questions before jumping in.
