    Is it going to be considered rape?
    Okay, atm my boyfriend and I are both 17. On the 23rd of December I'll be 18. He won't be 18 until the 28th of July. And we are intimate in the love making department. But what I wanted to know is if it'll be considered rape after I turn 18. I live in Florida and I have never really been familiar with those laws..
    So, any help would be great. (:

    If you are drunk or stoned and passed out it would be not matter what your age is. YOu have to be clear headed to be able to give concent. But you also have to be of legal age for your state.
