    CCC - 334(b) Theft $5000 or under
    So I have been charged with CCC - 334(b) Theft $5000 or under, my courtdate is tomorrow morning at 9 am. I live in BC. I stole estimated $65 in stuff from wal-mart, I do not have a lawyer, I want to know if I plead not guilty and they find me guilty will it make the out comes worse? I was given the option before I was officially charged to pay wal mart back I was not aware that there was a time limit and I only recently had the money to pay it back, but I took to long so they went ahead with criminal charges? What do you think the out comes will be? I'm 19 and have no record until now, no tickets, no nothing

    Go to court this morning, you will most likely get the alternate measures or diversion program if this is your first offense, I don't remember reading if this is. Offer to pay money now and that is most likely outcome.
