    Dish Network
I am having major contractual problems with DishNetwork as they did not install my dish as promised in the way that was promised. I have tried to talk to two separate operators on the phone and one refused to let me speak to his supervisor and hung up on me, the other refused to give me a phone number to corporate so that I could talk to someone there. Does anyone know who I could possibly talk to and how to reach them? Thanks you.

Did you have a local vendor do the install or was it a corporate employee that did the install.

Also does it work ? What was promised that was not delivered.

I say this since I can't remember ever getttig a written promise in a contract on exactly how it was to be installed.

I am a dish customer as well and have experienced problems with operator's as well. I seem to always get the problem resolved when calling weekdays in the morning otherwise I get people on the phone that have no idea as to what is going on and provide totally incorrect information. My thought are, that they are sub-contracted call centers and if they have to transfer you to a supervisor it is merely to a true dish network operator which does not look good and that is why they simply hang up. I have also found out that for any type of service even after a vendor (Non direct Dish Network) installation you can request a "In House" service, which means a Dish Network employee shows up not the vendor or some other guy they sub with. They have also promised several time to give me credits over the next ten months for all my problems dealing with getting the Dish problem resolved and I never once seen the credits.

Having said all that I am still a Dish Network customer for six years for one reason only , the quality of reception.
