Adopted son takes his real mom hostage, she throws boiling milk at him, mid 80s flick
The guy is a real weirdo and ends up killing a police man and the mom's (or neighbor's) dog who is barking too much. She gets away from him by throwing boiling milk at him (after he makes her fix hot chocolate for him). I think it may have been a made-for-tv movie back in the 80s. Would appreciate any help!
