    Electric hot water problems
Hello, My sister is having problems with the electric hot water heater. She has checked the breaker and it is fine. There was valve of some sort that was shooting out water on the very top and a neighbor fix that. But now when she turns the hot water on in the house it just make a noise and nothing comes out. The unit is only 4 to 6 years of age. Its in a mobile on in Spring TX. My husband put it it in years ago and there has been no problems tell now. If you have any ideal what we can do to resolve this problem please advise.
    Thanks,Debkay55

Looks like your neighbor forgot to turn w/h supply valve back on. Go to the heater, there are two pipe going to the heater. The on on the right should have a valve. See if it is turned ON. ( If it is round valve, turn it counter-clock-wise all the way. If it is handle type valve than make sure lever is parallel with the pipe )
