    Closed estate
I was the executor of my mom's estate. The estate/trust has been closed for five years. We just discovered some stock that was not included in the estate/trust. What do I need to do since the estate is closed?

You will need to have the estate re-opened in Probate Court by the attorney who handled the probate matter in the first place. Have the estate opened, probate the found stock, and then reclose the estate.
