    Peel and stick sanding pads
I have a porta cable and dewalt 5" orbital sander. The sand paper that are hoop and loop just do not stay attached with the felt backing. As I am using them on log furniture I need a peel and stick type sand paper however I have been told that I have to change the pads to use them. When I asked people here about getting new pads for these sanders no-one seems to know anything about them. Do they exist? How do I get them and will the same pad work on both the dewalt and the porta cable sander?

What sanders do you have? A Google search for "Porter Cable 5" psa pad" yielded Porter Cable 394001 5'' P.S.A. 8 Hole Pad and 5" PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) Pad for Porter Cable 344001. If your current sanders' pads are compatible, I would expect similar compatible PSA pads could be found.

Have you tried flapwheels, countour wheels, stars, flutter sheets, or a sanding mop? They might work better on round stock.

I've ordered from this company before. Lots of stuff. I believe they have your pads.

I got a bunch of H&L bulk sandpaper. The price was unbeatable. I should have purchased some of their hook sheets.

I would like to put peel and stick on an already tiled floor. The tiling was well done so I don't want to tear it up. It's just ugly for my taste. How can I pull this off?
