    Switches 2 lights
    Hi

I have inherited a bit of a mess. There is a basement with all sorts of problems but I am trying to wire a light above the door(ENTRANCE DOOR) There is a switch by the door that operates the downstairs light not sufficient so I need a light above the door from the same switch. At the moment the switch has the cable to it to operate the one light. Is there a switch which would handle both lights?

    Thanks.

    John.

You can connect the new light from the existing light.
