    ASAP about PR bonds in Texas
    :eek: Hello my name is Jenn! I need this question answered ASAP!! My fiancé is getting released on a PR bond in San Antonio, Texas (Bexar Co. to be exact). He was picked up though in Phoenix, AZ where we live. Can he come back to AZ until court?? :confused: Or does he have to stay in TX? Please anybody... HELP ME!!

    Hello b:

    When he's released, the judge will tell him what the conditions of his release are. Plus, he's going to sign a piece of paper acknowledging those conditions.

    I doubt that he'll be prevented from leaving the state.
