He was picked up though in Phoenix, AZ where we live. Can he come back to AZ until court?? :confused: Or does he have to stay in TX? Please anybody... HELP ME!!

When he's released, the judge will tell him what the conditions of his release are. Plus, he's going to sign a piece of paper acknowledging those conditions.

I doubt that he'll be prevented from leaving the state.
