    Adoption with child abandoment
I have two children with my ex who ran off years ago because of drugs. He doesn't pay child support and hasn't seen or been in contact with him in two years. My fiancé and I are having another baby and getting married in April. He is in the Navy and wants to adopt my children. Can I relinquish my exs rights if he can not be found? And how would I go about doing so if I can?

A search will have to be made according to the rules of your local court, but if he really can't be found, yes normally the court will allow it
