I need to find out how a child who is 12 can change where she is living when one parent is in the USA and the other is in Canada?

Yes, all they need to do is have the non custody parent file a motion in court to change physical custody.

The child can latter testify in court what they want, but each parent can present their own evidence of why a change in custody should happen.

The child can not just decide on their own
