    Furnasman HG-90
    I Have a Furnasman HG-90 I replaced the motor on it but motor is running non stop now..


    What could it be?

    Which motor, blower or draft inducer? If equipped, does the diagnostic LED display a fault code?

    It's a Blower... its an older furnace... direct motor Not the belt type..

    Its just a 4 wire motor.. 120v have the furnace hooked up to the medium speed..

    There is also 2 toggle switches in there.. one is called main... and other switch is called Summer..

    Does flame come on. Or does the blower just run without flame.

    Runs with and withour flame... bloewer runs always

    Try flipping switches and tell us what happens.
    If you could maybe take a pic of the inside of furnace, it will give us a better idea of what we are working with. At this point, it sounds like a bad fan relay, or control. Maybe try unhooking all thermostat wires form furnace and let us know if blower shuts off then. There are only a few possible reasons this is happening. We will try to help you figure out which one it is.
