    An ether is a R-O-R' where "R" and "R'" are organic groups. You have C4H10 to build the Rs.

    Alcohols are R-OH. A secondary alcohol has RR'C-OH where the two R groups are attached to the C.

    Alkyl bromides are R-Br. Halides include other halogens (F, Cl, Br, I). Secondary halides (including bromides) have the same structure as secondary alcohols.

    Tertiary halides are RR'R"C-OH where all of the R-groups are attached the one C.

    Just arrange the Carbons and Hydrogens so that each carbon is attached to four other things and the hydrogen is attached to only one thing.
