    FN + F3 (battery indicator) key not working properly
    Hi ,
    I have a DELL STUDIO 15 laptop. The combination of FN+F3 key does not show the battery status/ battery indicator.

    The keys independentaly work absolutely fine. i.e the FN key woks fine for other shortcuts like screen brightness etc, the f3 key works fine for search etc...

    Hi, after hours of research on the inetrnet, I myself found the solution to this problem. I had aborted the dell Quickset application from the system tray , as a result of which it was unable to load at the start-up and was not working for battery meter and some more shortcuts.

    Its working absolutely fine, after I started the application from the program menu

    Start > programs >dell quickset > quickset
