I am a 22 year old male and my ex fell pregnant in August of last year. It is due in may and she has told me that I have to pay each time I see my child once it is born. Now she is threatening me with court action. I have tried to sort it between me and her but she won't accept anything I have to say. What would be my best course of action

Look into seeing a counselor or attorney that deals with family law to learn what your rights are in the matter. Document everything that is said between you and your girlfriend, including her comments about you having to pay each time you see the baby. You will be expected to help support the baby and can have a visitation schedule worked out. If there could be any question as to paternity, testing can be done. It is truly unfortunate that she is not willing to work things out amicably with you. Continue to try, but protect your rights as well.

Where are you from? The term "fell pregnant" indicate outside the US.

However, I don't know anywhere that allows the mother to charge for visitation.

You should consult a Family law specialist in your area. You will need to file for custody along with visitation rights. She will fike for child support.
