If I want to dye my natural black eyebrows medium brown, should I bleach them first to take the color out and then tint them brown using an eyebrow dye?

Note: I can't just bleach them lighter, cause they turn orange. I've already tried.
I can't go to a salon either.

I'm asking because my hair color is medium brown and I think my jet black eyebrows look odd next to my brown hair.

Be careful dyeing your eyebrows. You could blind yourself!

Now, having said that, you can usually lighten eyebrows using Jolen crème bleach. I wouldn't recommend bleaching them very light, however. Just a little bit. You shouldn't bleach to the orange stage. After they're bleached, use an eyebrow pencil to tone it down, if required.
