Hi everyone,I recently started having erection problems. I cannot maintain my erection. This has never happened to me before. I have had 4 sexual relationships before this one and this has never happened to me before. I love my present girlfriend and we have had amazing sex for the past few months that we met. The weird thing is that when I have my first round of sex I can never lose it,ever!! After a few minutes my girlfriend stimulates me again and I get back my erections easy but can't keep it up to have sex again. This has only happened to me in the last month. I don't drink or smoke and I exercise 4 times a week. Ever since it happened to me the first time I always worry about losing it every time we are together and I'm scared that she will break up with me because I really love her, but I don't worry about losing the first erection because I'm confident I can't lose that one,I only worry about the erection after that. Help me,is anything wrong with me?

Most men can't go for round two right after having sex. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I really think that you're worrying about this so much that this is causing you not to maintain an erection the second time around, relax, stop thinking about it. Also, give yourself enough time to recoup.

Sounds like you are still able to have sex at least once...this is fairly normal. Most guys can't go twice, if You can, just part of the time, Congrats!

Yep at some point we all look back and wish we could do the round two. So you have fallen back to normal it appears. Just taking a longer rest between times.
