My hair is shredding like crazy after a new regimen
I'm new to this forum and I my hair is natural and 2 weeks ago I just started a regimen shampo aphogee DC neutrogena triple moist. And trait, aphogee 2 step, and I moisturize with organic carrot oil and seal with coconut oil,I experience a lot of shredding, I don't know what to do, I have to tell you In the past I didn't know how to take good care for my hair and I had relaxe hair and transitione to natural 1 year ago and cut all the relaxer and now it's all natural and I woul like to grow my hair in waist L

I'm not sure what you're trying to do with the regimen -- except possibly make your hair "healthy" (an impossibility since hair isn't "alive" -- no blood supply). If your hair is already badly damaged, the excessive shedding may be due to the damaged ends breaking off. I can't see how your regimen is causing breakage so that's what I have to assume.
It could be that the weight of the oil in the hair is causing breakage of already-damaged ends. |
