    How do restore my civil rights and the right to possess a firearm in the state of Ida

    Hello c:

    I don't know what civil rights you're talking about OTHER than the gun.. Idaho MIGHT be one of those states that allow you to vote as soon as your sentence is completed...

    THAT (and your gun rights), is the ONLY right you lost... But, the state cannot give you your gun ownership rights... That comes from the federal government. You'll have to apply to the BATF.

    I wouldn't be doing it WITHOUT a lawyer, though... You're not going to find any sympathetic bureaucrats THERE.
