    Hello again, p:

    An expungement DOESN'T give you rights back. It only HIDES your conviction. If you want to own a gun, you're going to have to apply to the BATF or apply for a pardon.

    No, that does not give you any rights back, to get your rights back to firearms that is gong to be a separate court case
