When Im driving it will feel like Im losing power then I will tap on the gas and it will sputter then power up. I have changed the fuel filter because I thought I might have filled with some bad gas. I have also changed the cap, plugs, wires and rotor but I still happens. I think it might be the fuel pump in the gas tank. Can any one help me out with this?

Fuel pumps rarely go bad, even though many are unnecessarily replaced. I've never seen a bad Honda fuel pump.
