Had an incident on the way to work this morning. Road rage. Some **** edited ***fc*** LADY cut me off. We had a couple of words. She spits in my car. I chase her. Police arrest me and let her go... I was arrested charged with Breech of Peace Class B misdemeanor. As they process me, they run my record and find out I'm on probation in NJ for possession of marijuana. After that he decided to search my coat pocket and found my smoke piece with a very small amount of marijuana. He asked if it was mine. I couldn't deny. He didn't charge me for the weed. But he said he was going to call my PO and tell her.

I'm worried about my PO. I called her right after she didn't pick up. I left a message saying there was a little incident this morning on the way to work please call me. I don't know if that was a good idea.

Do I need a lawyer for the Breech of Peace charge in CT?
What do I do about my probation?

Well if you were going to have just a minor surgary would you want a doctor?? Of course. And to deal with the probtion violation.

Not only the drug found in your pocket, but the road rage is all violations. So you had at least two if not three violations this morning, they found the pipe, the smallamount of pot and the road rage, any one can get your revolked.

So esp since this deals with more drugs while already on probation, you are just asking to be sent to prison.
Most likely she will call you in ASAP for a drug test, and put you on regular drug tests to try and force you to stay clean, but she can revolk you on what has happened real easy
