How do I fix my relationship?
Me and my girlfriend have a two year old daughter and she is pregnant with my other child. I dealt with her being abusive to me and hurting me mentally, she suffers from depression and she says she still loves me and misses me she has kept me from seeing my daughter now for 2 and half weeks, I've made the choice to hire a lawyer and sue for custody or shared parenting I know that she has committed fraud by giving a false address to the food stamp card people and my name is on it yet she won't even let me get a few things off it, I'm confused and hurt what to do

I'd look into it seriously, that is your child, not just hers. If she is careless and reckless with herself that's her affair, but when it comes to your child, feel free to not accept that.

Go ask for a social worker, see if you can get advice, I'm sure they'd give you some help. Counselors can help to, very good resources for information on that kind of thing. In that they should know who to refer you to.

She may love you, but she sounds like she needs to love herself, and not be so self destructive. Now it's affecting her child's life too. You don't' have to feel guilty, but don't be angry with her, she needs help. She needs to go get it too.

    Good luck.

You must not of been broken up that long. To answer your question though you can get shared custody, or visitations but will have to pay support for your kids.

For that you have to go to court. I would wait till after this child is born and make sure she is doing the right things in the meantime. Consulting a social worker is a great idea at this point though.

I've decided to go to court, I love her so much but yet I also find myself wondering if we will fix things and get back togather and will she be more open with her feelings and fauts we've been separated for 2 and half weeks but it seems like its been longer I'm hoping she will come to her senses and want to work things out, but my first priority is my child and I feel she's using my daughter against me.
