Enforcement, there are millions of illegal aliens in the US, most of the US population does not care and there are only a few thousand enforcement people. So you can report them, providing firm evidence and they may get investigated.

ICE can charge them 10-12 counts easily from smuggling illegal aliens, produce fraud documents, etc.
If you have solid proofs, report ICE immediately.
