    Gas Logs Won't Ignite
I logs have been working fine for the past 4 weeks. Yesterday when I went to light them, the pilot worked fine. When I turned to the "on " position nothing happened. No matter how much I turned the gas up or down, the logs would not ignite. What do I do??
Thanks in advance for your help!

If you have the unit on a thermostst make sure it is turned up. If not you have a internal problem and this is note easily serviced by the average home owner.
