    My health is not according to my age
    Hi I am 19 years old, my health is not according to my age. My parents, people who know me, my friends Always suggest me to "take care of your Health" OR "go to GYM". Kindly suggest me Do's and Don't.

    What are your health problems?
    The only one I can guess by what you have said here is that you might be over weight.

    No I am not over weight, fat nor very healthy I am thin and I will be of 20 in Next 3 Months:eek:

    So you just want to gain some weight, build some muscle?
    And people are telling you you are not healthy because they feel you are too thin?
    What is your height and weight?
    Do you eat a lot of junk food/fast food?

    Yes, My Height and weight are 5.4 &around 50kgs resp. Please suggest me Do's and Don't

    1 see your family doctor to recommend a diet and to OK you for regular exercise

    2. go and work out 2 or 3 times a week

    3 if allowed, walk 1 mile a day to start build up to a lot more
