What are your health problems?
The only one I can guess by what you have said here is that you might be over weight.
So you just want to gain some weight, build some muscle?
And people are telling you you are not healthy because they feel you are too thin?
What is your height and weight?
Do you eat a lot of junk food/fast food?
1 see your family doctor to recommend a diet and to OK you for regular exercise
2. go and work out 2 or 3 times a week
3 if allowed, walk 1 mile a day to start build up to a lot more
