    Reinstatement of Parental Rights
    My parental rights were terminated against my will in 2001. I want my children back. How do I fix this?This happened in Orange County, NY

    Once you are terminated you can not get them back until they are legal age to not be under Children's Services any more.
    What are their ages?
    Were you given any visitation rights?
