    Convicted felon, rights reinstatement.
In 1999 I was convicted of Pos. of Cocaine, and I have changed my ways. Is it possible for me to regain my rights and if so what to do first?By the way , I'm in Arizona

What are the rights that you would like to regain? If you were imprisoned, how long have you been out? Are you still on any kind of probation or parole?

    Hello g:

Hell, the only things you can't do is carry a gun and vote. You CAN live without those things. If you want to vote, hire a lawyer. But don't hire a guy named Sussy in Mesa.

    Hello again, g:

You'll have to apply to the BATF to have your gun rights restored. I think you'll have about a 1 in 10 shot.

The feds aren't too friendly toward exconvicts these days. They have absolutely NOTHING to gain by giving you your rights back, and EVERYTHING to lose if you shoot somebody.

Uhhhh, let me change that to 1 in 100.
