    Statute of Limitation of Credit Card debt in NY city
    I was able to get a judge to Vacate a default collection debt.

    I have 30 days to respond.

    My questions

    1 What is the Statute of Limitation of Credit Card Debt in NYS?

    2 How do I get my last credit card payment info that would be acceptable to the court?

    3 What are my other options?

    I don't know NY law but wanted to make you aware that the statutes of limitations starts from the very last money you sent them. So if you sent them a partial payment a couple years ago it would start then. SOL is generally approximately 7 to 10 yrs.

    What you should be doing is just stating your intent to defend and requesting verification from the plaintiff.
