    Blower cage out of balance
    I instaled a new blower motor and cage. The cage is out of balance how can I get balanced again this is the second blower cage I put on. Or is there something I am missing?

    Unless you are installing it wrong OR the motor shaft is bent I could not see another problem. It is a very simple install. Now if any of the balance clips are removed you are toast since you cannot balance them except at the factory. Return the new wheel and get another one.

    I instaled a smaller blower cage that I had and it is not out of balance. It must be the blower cage.

    Make sure to get they correct size and replace. All should work well then.
