    Microwave- warm outside after use?
    Is it unusual for the outside of a microwave to be warm after use? I never noticed this with my own microwave, but my mother has a microwave/toaster/convection oven that does. She will not use it.

    Hers is a combo unit and has a electric heat element. They will get warmer outside more than a regular micro oven.

Hello, I have a sharp microwave and the door doesn't shut anymore. The black latch that is on it is not broken. It just doesn't want to latch on. I opened the side and I can see where it latches on to I just don't know why it doesn't. Can anyone help me? Thank you!!
