    Under cabinet microwaves have a bracket in the back that the unit hooks onto for support. And 2 (or more) bolts in the top.

    You need to unbolt the top bolts (MAKE SURE YOU SUPPORT THE MICROWAVE! Lol) then lower the front down a bit, and lift off the back bracket.

Hello, I have a sharp microwave and the door doesn't shut anymore. The black latch that is on it is not broken. It just doesn't want to latch on. I opened the side and I can see where it latches on to I just don't know why it doesn't. Can anyone help me? Thank you!!
