Check "grade foundation" in your other post

A bad grade pushes wall over/ water saturation /liquefies adds weight/ pushes wall over
    B bad grade floods foundation
    C. Grade post settles can't get into structure
    D. Grade not backfilled to wall ?
    E. Foundation not sealed for grade
This really seems like a test question I pick "A" no wall anymore!
