I weight like 240lbs and my height is 5 11
I really want to lose weight can you give me some good tips
I work out like 1 hour or 30 minutes a day
And I am really looking for good tips
Only Things I eat now are
Like I eat like 2 whole wheat roti(indian food) in morning as breakfast
I eat school lunch in the afternoon and when I come home from school I eat a sandwich and thass it and I don't really eat in the night
You need to eat more. When you do not eat enough your body tells itself to store the fat because it doesn't know when you will eat again. Then it results in slower metabolism and weight gain.
You need food from all the food groups especially protein and L carnitine.
Eat a good breakfast, eat a little more for lunch than you probably do and eat a full course but small dinner.
You can also try L carnitine from health food stores while you exercise. It is suppose to convert fat to lean muscle.
