    I moved your post from the Parenting forum to this one. Parenting is for question about rearing children. This is a legal issue.

    In this forum are thousands of similar questions that you may want to skim through. Had you done so, you would have found the answer to your question.

    Bottomline here is that courts are very reluctant to issue a Termination of Parental Rights (TPR). Generally they will do so only to clear the way for an adoption or if the parent represents a danger to the child.

    Why do you want a TPR?
