    How do I find a life insurance policy for a deceased relative, with no info on the company?

    Search through the person's papers - you may find a copy of the policy. Also, this may take a while, but sooner or later the insurance company will send a renewal notice for the policy, so watch the mail.

    For the next year check on all the mail that comes in, check though all old bank records, look though all of their papers and documents.
