    Utility sink in unfinish basement
Want to install a utility sink in my basement (4-year old home). It was built to allow a basement bathroom and has a waste pipe and vent capped and coming up through the concrete floor. Water lines are available nearby to tap into. This will be only for the sink - not planning a full bath - and the laundry room is upstairs, not in the basement. What's the simpliest way to get this project done? Have done some plumbing projects - but never this one before.:D

Extend that pipe sticking up from the floor. Install San T. with AAV vent on top. Bring in h/c water. Connect drain with sink and h/c water with faucet.
