    Paint in carpet
    I was working on a model and I spilled some black paint on my green carpet.we tried everything we had but with no success. Anyone have any ideas?

    Hi, scottishdrunk23!

    If this is the kind of model paint that's lacquer based, have you tried lacquer thinner or acetone? If not, then you might want to try either of them on an area of your carpet first that's really inconspicuous first to make sure that they won't affect the color of the carpet.

    If this is about a few drips of model paint and not a lot, either of those products should work.

    Please be sure to follow the safety precautions written on the label when using either of them.

    Tell us exactly what the paint label says it is. What have you tried so far?
