Ok so I have not gotten pregnant but yet I have not had any period since October. What I want to know is if I can still get pregnant even not having my period? Am I still ovulating? And also I want to know if those ovulating tests help at all, I want to go and buy one but they are very expensive so I want to be sure they are worth it. Any comments will be helpful to me. :o

Yes, you can get pregnant while not having your period. You can most definitely get pregnant a day - week after you finish your periods.

You may still be ovulating even without your period, it happens, or you may not be. Only a test from your doctor would let you know for sure. If your periods have normally been quite regular, time to have things checked out. Have you had a blood test for pregnancy yet? Was pregnancy ruled out by your doctor?
Ovulation kits work fine for some women, but they can be frustrating and pricey for others. Without having a period, it will make it a bit more challenging as to when to start using one. You would have to go by what you think your cycle would normally be like from passed periods. If you try one, I would actually start using it a few days before what is recommended on the insert in case you happen to be someone who ovulates on the early side. Remember too, that the tests let you know when your body is preparing for ovulation, they do not let you know whether you actually ovulated.
