    I trying to get pregnant.
    Well I am not having a period every month and the only way it come on if I take some birth control pills and I want to get pregnant so could you give me some advices.

    While having a period can be a sign of a healthy cycle it is not necessary to become pregnant. Remember, ovulation (your fertile time) comes before your period. You could ovulate, become pregnant and never get a period.

    If your doctor gives you birth control pills to regulate your cycle have you made a pre-conception appointment? Speak with your doc so he/she knows your trying to conceive. That will help you understand why you're cycles aren't normal, etc. Having a period isn't enough to tell you if you are fertile or not.

    If you haven't already, go get some prenatal vitamins. Every mother should be taking them before she gets pregnant.
