    Themostat problems
I have a maple chase thermostat and the room temperature setting on the thermostat does not get to room temperature. For example, I will manually set the temperature to 78 and the thermostat number is at 72, it will stay there it will get to 78 degrees.

Not sure what is the problem.

Maple Chase thermostats can be a problem. The quality in my opinion is not all that good. A draft on the thermostat can cause problems and well as the anticipator setting in the thermostat itself. Look at the original instructions that came with the thermostat or do a Google and find one. Then see if it has a adjustable heat anticipator or a corrective setting for the thermostat itself.
