A family member of mine has recently moved away and taken her almost 2 year old daughter with her. When she lived here, she lived with her husband and daughter in a nice beautiful home. Days after they moved into that home it become so dirty that one day I found mold in my neice's bottle. They never watch the child, they sit and watched TV all day and played on the computer. My niece will run around and play with anything without being watched. They moved into one of there friends basements and all together 7 people live in the basement, let alone the rest of the house which is full. When they left they took nothing of the babies things. I don't know if she is OK or not. She is almost 2 and can barely talk because no one spends time with her. She can't sleep alone because her parents let her sleep with them on a mattress on the floor. What can I do to help? I want custidy of this child but I don't know how to go about it. Please help.

You report them to the Childrens' Aid in your county and give them the address. They will take it from there.
