    The purpose of bankruptcy is to provide the honest but unfortunate debtor with a fresh start, provide for financial rehabilitation and for the reintegration of the bankruptcy into the fabric of society. The idea is that there are no debts after bankruptcy and no requirement to pay. Who woulkd be garnishing you after bankruptcy? Please elaborate on your question.
