    Plaintiff's Request For Admission
In the Plaintiff's Original Petition And Request For Admissions, must I or should I answer the Request For Admissions part and return it to the plaintiff? Do I return this to the court when I answer the court? How should I handle this part of it? I'm in Texas. Thank for the good advice on this forum.

You need to send a copy of your Answers to Request for Admissions to the Plaintiff and the original to the Clerk's office. You can send in the paperwork at the same time you Answer the Complaint. Be sure to send the Plaintiff a copy of the Answer as well.
